Terms and Conditions

Last updated: May 2026

The service

SiteToSeen builds and hosts a professional website for your trade or service business. Your $99/month covers the website build, hosting, your .com domain, and ongoing updates for as long as you remain a subscriber.

By subscribing to SiteToSeen you agree to these terms and conditions.

Payment

Your subscription is $99 AUD per month, billed monthly from the date your site goes live. Nothing is charged before you approve your site and give the go-ahead to launch.

Updates and changes

Unlimited updates are included in your subscription. This covers things like changing photos, updating services, adding suburbs, tweaking copy, and general maintenance. Update requests should be sent to grady@sitetoseen.com. I aim to action all requests the same day. In busy periods I reserve the right to take up to 7 business days to respond and complete your request.

Unlimited updates applies where requests are reasonable. I reserve the right to decline requests that constitute a full website rebuild, a significant structural redesign, or anything outside the scope of standard website maintenance. If something feels like a new project rather than an update, I will let you know and we can discuss options.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time by sending an email to grady@sitetoseen.com. Your website will remain live until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made after that.

What happens when you cancel

Your domain belongs to you. It is registered in your name and you keep it regardless of whether you continue with SiteToSeen. I will transfer full control of the domain to you on request.

Your website and all content within it remains the property of SiteToSeen. If you cancel, the site will come down at the end of your final billing period and will not be transferred or handed over in any form.

Liability release

By engaging SiteToSeen's services, the client releases SiteToSeen from any liability for lost income, damages, or incorrect information displayed on the website where that information was provided, directed, or approved by the client.

Go-live authorisation

When a client instructs SiteToSeen to take their website live, this constitutes full authorisation to publish the website in its current form, including every element, page, and piece of content associated with it at the time of that instruction.

Preview link

Prior to any website going live, the client will be provided with a preview link to review the website in full before it is published. Proceeding to go live after receiving the preview link confirms the client's acceptance of the website as presented.

Fair use

SiteToSeen is a one-person operation. I work hard to look after every client personally. In return I ask that all requests are made in good faith, communicated clearly, and with reasonable expectations around turnaround time. Abusive or unreasonable behaviour is grounds for terminating the service.

Changes to these terms

If I update these terms I will let you know via email before the changes take effect.
